Workflow Objects portlet

The Workflow Objects portlet lists the defined workflows and step templates.

The Workflow Objects portlet is only available on the legacy user interface.

You can do actions on the workflows and step templates, such as enabling and disabling, editing, copying, and deleting them. You also can create a new workflow or open an existing workflow.

  • If a workflow is enabled, you can see the properties of a step or connector. You cannot change the properties.
  • If a workflow is disabled, you can add, delete, move, or change the properties of a step or connector. If jobs are active in the workflow when you edit it, you might need to process those jobs again to have the changes take effect for those jobs.
